Three unemployed, but resourceful men launch an innovative private limited company catering exclusively to clients on the verge of suicide. The company offers them a very pleasant end for which they collect a service fee in advance. Everyone except very old and insane is accepted for the blissful treatment, their regulations specify. The idea works on the psychological truism that those attempting suicide could be dissuaded if handled with tact and sensitivity. The company is visited by both men and women from different walks of life. The plan works as none of the clients muster enough courage to face death in close quarters however pleasant it is promised to be. As everything goes smoothly, there arrives a high strung client bent up on dying. The management was not prepared for such an eventuality and they try every trick in their stock to turn him away, but to no avail. Frustrated, they perform a death ritual and convince the client that he is already dead and has turned a ghost. The client leaves, but not entirely convinced. The situation takes an unexpected turn as a police jeep stops in the courtyard and there emerges the SubInspector accompanied by his deputies. He has come to inquire into a complaint: The Happy End Company is engaged in the unlawful act of killing people and usurping money.
